The Sterling property occupies an area of approximately 50,000 sq.m, the covered area is roughly 6,000 sq.m. and the green areas are equal to 20,000 sq.m. It includes 7 buildings and 2 more that are in the project phase.
Production capacity is 90,000 liters of reaction, continuously working and spanning all 24h. The two production buildings are completely independent from each other because they are served by separate utilities. Each plant is also equipped with related warehouses and finishing area.
Our plants operate according to the current GMPs standards and meet the specifications of the EU and FDA regulations. Sterling facilities have an excellent compliance track record with strong FDA and AIFA audit compliance.
The multipurpose plant has a capacity of approximately 40,000 liters of reaction. It is made of 250, 2000, 4000, and 10.000 liter reactors. The attached finishing area is approximately 200 sq. m.
